Modern methods of construction (MMC) play a significant part in quality of construction, reducing the potential for as-built performance gaps.  Maximising quality controlled factory procedures and reducing the reliance on transient site trades, combined with careful management of interfaces and junctions, helps design and warranty provider requirements to be met with confidence and transparency.

Maximising progress, Minimising waste

MMC system generate significantly less site waste and their increased speed of installation and commissioning can significantly accelerate build programme and handover by up to 30%, so reducing disruption to the local community during the build term.

Fabric First, Low Energy, Zero Carbon

Central to our development approach is the use of highly insulated timber frame systems, manufactured under controlled factory conditions. Timber is the only renewable mainstream construction material, absorbing and storing carbon dioxide as it grows for embodied carbon benefits from day 1.
